Wayside Compartments is located for your CONVENIENCE at 1 Wesley Street in Malden, Massachusetts at the Junction of Routes 1 & 60 behind the Revere Showcase Cinemas, adjacent to Bally's Total Fitness.

Wayside Compartments has been in the self-storage business for 23 YEARS. Our management team has over 40 years combined of SELF-STORAGE EXPERIENCE. We are well qualified to handle any and all of your storage needs.

Wayside Compartments has the area's LOWEST MONTHLY RATES. A two month minimum prepayment with no additional administration or move-in fees is due when signing a lease. RENTS are then due monthly, in advance, on the first of the month.

We feature SECURE INSIDE UNITS within our HEATED BUILDING.

We are equipped with CLOSED CIRCUIT TV SECURITY CAMERAS and our perimeter alarms and motion detectors are CENTRAL STATION MONITORED.

You have UNLIMITED ACCESS during our scheduled working hours. However, no access is allowed after the building is closed.

You are responsible for locking your unit and you keep all keys. INSURANCE is available through recognized INDUSTRY SPECIALISTS.
