Wayside Compartments does not insure your goods nor require you to purchase insurance. We do, however, strongly encourage you to insure your contents while they are being stored at Wayside Compartments. You may be able to obtain low cost coverage through a rider on your homeowner's policy.

We make available to all our customers the TENANTONE insurance policy through MINICO, a company that specializes in self storage insurance. In a simple process you specify an actual cash value for your stored goods and the type of coverage you want, a monthly premium is then computed for you.
